URC Dealer Training – Committed to Excellence

URC is committed to delivering the industry’s nest training, as evidenced by our three, consecutive CE

Pro Quest for Quality Platinum Awards, for Training Programs. This is CE Pro’s highest award level. We offer

live, nationwide training throughout the year in-eld and at URC Headquarters, via live webinars and 24/7

self-paced online training at URC University (“URC U”). We provide training at the InfoComm show, and our

annual CEDIA EXPO training is second-to-none, spanning the length of the show and attracting thousands

of dealers annually for URC certications and CEDIA CEU credits.

In 2012, our entire Training, Sales, Marketing and Support teams embarked on a substantial addition to our

live training sessions, hosting more than 1,000 dealers in New York and LA for two-day, immersive hands-on

sessions for the Total Control line. These sessions have carried into 2013 with two-day sessions specically

designed for our commercial dealers and representatives, so that they can interact on best practices,

system applications design, product training and much more.

All of URC’s ongoing live trainings are highly interactive, entertaining and educational! We provide direct

access to our nest instructors and executives, who enjoy answering questions and sharing ideas and

strategies to help you propel your business forward.
