To upgrade QM-MD8X8 firmware via Crestron Toolbox:

• Establish communication with the QM-MD8X8 and display the “System

Info” window.

• Select Functions | Firmware… to upgrade the QM-MD8X8 firmware.

NOTE: QM-MD8X8s that are identified as “QM-MD8X8” require

firmware version 4.x or lower. QM-MD8X8s that are identified as

“QM-MD8X8-HB” require firmware version 5.0 or greater.

Program Checks

Using Crestron Toolbox, display the network device tree (Tools | Network Device

Tree) to show all network devices connected to the control system. Right-click on

the QM-MD8X8 to display actions that can be performed on the QM-MD8X8.
